01. Individually scoped services
Assessments, pilots, software builds and managed services are scoped individually. Refund and cancellation terms are established in the written quote or agreement before work is commissioned.
02. Milestones and changes
The agreement should explain payment milestones, accepted work, work in progress, cancellation notice and approved third-party costs. Scope changes should be documented before the corresponding work proceeds.
03. Billing queries
Raise an incorrect or duplicate charge with the company contact, including the project reference and transaction details. Do not share full card details, PINs or passwords.
04. Separate product purchases
Purchases made through Pagevala, an app or another product follow that product’s own purchase and refund terms. A link in the company portfolio does not replace those terms.
05. Current website
This design edition accepts no online payments and creates no subscription. This page does not introduce a new refund guarantee.
